Fall is rapidly approaching. Technically it’s here. At least in terms of the start of the autumn equinox. But just today the temperature was in the 70′s. I was none too thrilled. Give me cold weather. I’m ready. I want to wear long cozy sweaters, tall leather boots, and stylish infinity scarves. I have a dress plan for the winter. If you see me anytime within the coming months, you’re probably going to find me wearing that outfit. Now I just have to shop for these particular pieces. Luckily, as you can tell in the picture above, I already have an infinity scarf.
Not familiar with infinity scarves? Think of them as a giant circle. Simply place one over your head, twist and then place over your head again. I find them to be the easiest of scarves to wear. I have another one, that I purchase over a year ago and I immediately feel in love with the concept. Sure, with traditional scarves you can do all sorts of different looks. You can style an infinity scarf in different formations as well. But, I don’t have time for all that! I want to look fashionable with minimal time. I have personally found the infinity scarf to be a great way to do so.
I don’t typically wear my scarf as pictured above, but I wanted to give you a better look at the beautiful texture and colors in this FRAAS Fairisle Infinity Scarf. The material is light, but with a chunkier texture that provides a degree of extra coziness. I typically like to wear black, therefore adding a pink scarf is a great way to add a pop of color. Other colors also include navy/turquoise, camel/ivory, and black/grey. The scarf retails in most stores for about $40 and is comprised of acrylic, nylon and a bit of wool. I tend to think of wool as itchy, but this scarf certainly was not.
And just so you don’t think I’m sophisticated, I wanted to show you what was going on around me while my picture was being taken!:) I actually had to delete a ton of pics as it had a random boy walking through the shot!
