Easy Taco Soup Recipe

Fall is here at last! I love autumn.  The cool crisp air, the beautiful warm colors, I love it all.  Everything seems possible with the beginning of fall.  I know people feel that way about the beginning of the year, but for me it is always with the start of autumn.  I guess I associate this feeling with school.  After so many years attending school and then teaching school it shouldn't be such a surprise. Perhaps science fiction?  Nope, nope, nope.  A cookbook.  I love looking through cookbooks.  Especially those that have pictures.  I'm like a kid that way I guess.  The more pictures the better. Anyway the book of choice was The Slow Cooker Bible (Cookbook Bible) I picked out a few very colorful tasty looking recipes and gave them a try. The results produced a happy full family. And I just love cooking with my slow cooker.  It makes the crazy witching hour before supper that much … [Read more...]
