Finding my Blissful Moment with neuro BLISS #BLISSandTell #CGC

We’re all stressed.  Right? It’s just a given.  Everyone is busy.  Everyone does too much.

This is certainly true for me.  I don’t know how it happened.  When I was girl I had endless free time.  I distinctly remember wandering around my farm~ reading, sleeping, daydreaming, going on bike rides, and playing.  Time was infinite. Sure, I worked and helped around the house. But there was still countless hours to do exactly what my heart desired.

One husband,

three sons,

one full-time job,

a new puppy to take care of,

one house to clean,

and one blog later

I have very little ‘free’ time.

neuro bliss relaxation

So how does one unwind?  Relax? Kickback? Find their blissful moment? For some these moments are found rappelling off a cliff or sightseeing in a foreign country.  I’m not inclined to climb a cliff yet alone ease my way down with a rope.  And while I have jetted off to foreign countries my desired blissful moment is solitude.  Exciting stuff, huh?:) But as an introvert I refuel my dwindling energy by finding quiet time with myself.  And actually I don’t have to be entirely alone.  I feel comfort having my loved ones near me. But I don’t want to interact with them.  Their physical proximity coupled with no interruptions and a mind left to function without distraction is my bliss.  That being said, it doesn’t happen very often.  I’ll take those free moments whenever I get them.  Being surrounded by my loving family with the quiet of my own thoughts is my blissful moment.

How and where do you find  your bliss?

I don’t know that drinking neuro Bliss was stress reducing for me, but it did taste yummy. Perhaps if I drink my Bliss while I work alone with my family surrounding me, then indeed I will be in my own world of bliss:)
