For all practical purposes, summer has arrived. The weather has already been stupidly hot. Yes, that’s what we call weather that is too hot in my family. Hot weather is stupid, it is a good thing I live in Minnesota where this is only a problem a few months of the year.
All this warm weather makes me want to wear less. Short sleeve shirts, skirts, sun dresses, and the dreaded- swimsuit. Wearing a swimsuit is the ultimate dose of reality. All those months spent in warm bulky sweaters can be deceiving, but putting on a swimsuit inspires me to embrace a healthy lifestyle. But the thought of revamping my diet can be overwhelming. With three little boys, I don’t have a lot of time to make vast changes. One easy and healthy snack I’ve discovered is 0% fat Dannon Oikos® Greek nonfat yogurt.
I had heard that eating Greek yogurt was a healthy and satisfying option, but I tried a brand that I didn’t like. It took me a few more weeks before I stumbled upon Dannon Oikos®. (Dannon Oikos Blueberry and Strawberry nonfat yogurts were preferred on taste to Chobani’s Blueberry and Strawberry nonfat yogurts in a national-paired taste test.) The yogurt is thick, creamy, and delicious and is officially my new favorite yogurt. I love the fact that I can eat a container at anytime of the day. Breakfast, lunch, or snack time- it’s all good!
