Hellmann’s Chicken Change-Up: Cooking Dinner on a Time Crunch Giveaway

I am super excited to announce that I am partnering with Hellmann’s in their Chicken Change-Up campaign.  For the course of the next month and a half I will be sharing tips and tricks relating to specific chicken cooking themes.

This week’s topic is Cooking Dinner on a Time Crunch.   This topic is particularly perfect for me.  Most of the time I feel as though I am in a time crunch.  I frequently lament that there are only a limited amount of hours in the day.  I have so many things I need to do, want to do, and should do.   Sure, I’d like to prepare a gourmet three-course meal for my family, but that just isn’t going to happen.   I am always on the look out for recipes that are fast, easy, and of course delicious.

Sometimes I forget to turn to product companies as a source of recipe inspiration.  Hellmann’s has a fabulous collection of recipes for chicken, turkey, and more.  I decided to give their Parmesan Crusted Chicken a try.  I have another recipe which is very similar that my family loves.  Hellmann’s recipe was easier and faster than our old favorite, but I wondered if it would have a comparable taste.

The results?  Let me show you how to make our new family favorite!  The full recipe is located below the pictures.

This is all you need.  I usually have all these ingredients on hand most of the time.   The actual recipe call for seasoned bread crumbs, but I refer Panko bread crumbs.

Stir the Parmesan cheese and Hellmann’s mayonnaise together.

Spread over the chicken breasts.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.  I love this technique as my old recipe required dipping which can be very messy.  This is so much easier!

And 20 minutes later you have a delicious dinner!  My family loved eating this recipe and I enjoyed making it, as it took me about 10 minutes!

I paired our meal with all natural waffle fries and a broccoli dish.  My family eats chicken quite frequently and I have full intentions of making this dish again. I cooked the chicken a bit longer than 20 minutes as some of my pieces were large and I wanted to make sure they were cooked thoroughly, but the chicken still turned out flavorful and tasty.
