Nestle Resolution Helpers & a $100 Walmart G.C. Giveaway

The new year brings a refreshed dedication to a healthy lifestyle for many.  Some have an official resolution while others just make a commitment to making wise choices.  I am definitely part of the latter group.  With a trip to LA imminent, I am especially fueled to improve my nutrition.  Of course there are many ways to lose weight and embrace a healthier life.  But those who deny themselves completely are usual destined to over eating later.  Rather it seems as though the best idea is to make wiser choices and of course to keep everything in moderation.
