Taco Tuesday with Wholly Guacamole & Cabot Cheese & a Giveaway #TacoTues

This time of year is full of holiday parties and events.  Entertaining can be stressful and exhausting.  Personally, I turn to Wholly Guacamole products for delicious, easy entertaining appetizers and meals.  I have served Wholly Guacamole products at a variety of functions and every single time my audience raves.  Sure you can make homemade guacamole, but Wholly Guacamole is so easy and sooooo good.  And now I can even serve Wholly Guacamole salsa.  Once I purchased my first container there was no going back to the alternative.  Actually an old, old jar of generic salsa is currently in the back of my refrigerator.  Hmmm…I probably ought to put that in the trash.

I recently had the pleasure of tasting Cabot Cheese for the first time.  Nana had heard via America’s Test Kitchen that this cheese was one of the best around.  My husband and Nana both take their cheddar cheese quite seriously, and they were more than willing to give this Cabot Cheese a taste.  The results?  The rumors are true-  Cabot Cheese is one of the best if not the best cheese around.  We all kept coming back for “just another slice”.

Based on these yummy products I was inspired to make a Taco Tuesday night meal.  Except I actually didn’t make it on Tuesday, nor did I use tacos or make it into a meal.  Hmmm…this could be considered an epic fail.  But I must protest that it was anything but a failure.  I made Taco Tidbit Bites.  Okay, yes I just made that up.  I don’t know what they are called.  You can call them whatever you like.  All I know is they were mighty tasty.

I took individual dipping chips and paired them with a little Wholly Guacamole, Wholly Guacamole Red Pepper Mango Salsa, and a little chunk of Cabot Sharp Cheddar.  Simple.  Very simple.  I am all about easy these days:)  But holy cow (yes, I said- holy cow), were they delicious!  The favors went together so well.  I am definitely inspired to make multiple dishes with these ingredients.  I do believe a little quesaillas or burrito dish is in my future!

What would you make for Taco Tuesday?  Check out the full selection of recipes available at Wholly Guacamole for inspiration.
