I received three TheraBreath products to sample- Fresh Breath toothpaste, Fresh Breath Oral Rinse, and Fresh Breath Lozenges.  I was not familiar with TheraBreath before I received my package.  I do not have particularly bad breath, however I do have my moments just like anyone else.  I quickly performed a little research online to gain a bit more information about TheraBreath.  I was immediately impressed to discover that the products are sold at Target.  Any product immediately gets promoted in my mind if it is available at my favorite store:)  Let’s take a look at each product.

Fresh Breath Toothpaste

This was my least favorite of the products.  This toothpaste  doesn’t have any sodium lauryl sulfate and therefore does not produce a foam.  This within itself would be okay if it just had a little taste.  If you do not like the taste of toothpaste this is the stuff for you.  It is pretty much tasteless.  I found it odd.  When I’m done brushing my teeth I expect to have a fresh minty feeling in my mouth.  After using the product for a week I did feel that my teeth were clean, but I was longing for that minty fresh I just brushed my teeth taste.  I think I would be more inclined to use this toothpaste if it just had the mint taste.

Fresh Breath Oral Rinse

The next product I tried was the Fresh Breath Oral Rinse.  This does have a bit more taste than the toothpaste, but not much.  It is mostly water.  And it feels like water.  Most oral rinses have a bite when you use them.  When I first used this rinse I prepared myself for the bite, but it never came.  This product also contains no sodium lauryl sulfate, saccharin, aspartame, or artificial colors or flavors.  I LOVE the fact that this product is natural.  I don’t like my products to have all those unhealthy chemicals in them.  Unfortunately I believe I have become used to having all the gunk in there.  I’m glad that I now have a chance to get used to using something healthier and natural for me.  TheraBreath is coming out with a a new line of products soon that help resist cavities.  I think those product would be more beneficial for me than the breath products.  I just had my first crown put in the other day.  Ouch!  Bring on the cavity fighting products!

Fresh Breath Lozenges

While the other two product do not have much taste these Fresh Breath Lozenges deliver.  They are mandarin mint flavored and my husband is crazy about them.  He loves them.  He whisked the box away to work in fact.  He has business meetings after lunch and just pops one of these mints into his mouth to guarantee his breath is fresh.  Good from a business perspective:) Here is my happy guy below with his mints.
