St. Patty’s Day is this week of course. My Norwegian named son is embracing his Irish side in this photo. My husband loves having the traditional St. Patty’s Day meal, so I will be cooking some good ol’corned beef on Thursday. It is a crazy week so I tried to have some fast and easy meals.
Monday– Stuffed Chicken with Vegetables & Lemon Basil Pasta (The Best of Clean Eating)
Tuesday-Barber Foods Seasoned Selects & Chive Green Beans with dinner rolls
Wednesday- Greek Chicken & Orzo (New Flavors from your Crockery Cooker)
Thursday- Corned Beef, cabbage, potatoes, soda bread
Friday- Pizza night
Saturday-Chicken with Wine (Everyday with Rachel Ray), some kind of veggie and bread
Sunday-Mulligatawny Soup (The Complete America’s Test Kitchen TV Show Cookbook)
