Shoplet Sanford Writing Pens Review #shopletreviews

A good pen is a fine tool.  Sure, I spend quite a bit of timing typing these days, as do most people.  But a pen will always be necessary.  Especially a good one!

Thanks to a recent shipment from Shoplet.com (where Office Supplies abound)  I am will equipped to tackle any list making.   I think I currently have at least four lists of various nature in the works:)  If you too are a list maker, you’ll want to check out these new writing products I had the chance to try.

First (my favorite) the Sharpie Premium Pen.  My preferred pen is permanent with a fine point.  Guess what type of pen the Sharpie Premium is?  Yep, its a fine point permanent marker.  Pens or markers like this are hard to come by.  Frequently Permanent Markers are thick tipped.  This makes writing almost impossible.  This Sharpie is a permanent marker that writes like a pen.  The ink flows easily from the tip and its easy to control since it has a fine point.

Any Mama Report reader would know this is not my first experience with the Paper Mate InkJoy 700 RT Ballpoint Pen.  I previously reviewed this new pen as “The Most Stolen Pen“.  This new set is a bit different as I received a red and blue pen included with the black.  I am not a fan of red ink, so this particular pen will probably not be used very frequently in my house.  And while overall I am not a fan of a Ballpoint Pen, I do find this InkJoy model to be the best of the lot.  The extra padding around the base makes for an uncharacteristically comfortable experience.  Standard ball point pens just don’t compare to this model.

The third and final product I received was the Sharpie Gel Highlighter.  Generally speaking I am not a fan of highlighters.  That being said, there are times that they serve a very useful purpose.  It is wise to always have a few in varying colors on hand.  Since I don’t use a highlighter on a regular basis I can’t say that I noticed anything especially distinct about this Sharpie set.  The Highlighters I have used in the past seemed fairly similar.  Perhaps to me, a highlighter is just a highlighter:)
