Kickoff Your Grilling Season with Tips From Red Lobster’s Executive Chef

One of my family’s favorite destinations is Minnesota’s North Shore.  Every summer we make the trek to the shores of Lake Superior to toss stones in the water, visit Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, the Aerial Lift Bridge, and to dine at Red Lobster.  Duluth’s Red Lobster is considered “our Red Lobster”.  No visit to this area is complete without a dining experience at this seafood restaurant.  Visiting every summer for over 13 years has officially made this a family tradition and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’ve shared some wonderful family moments within the walls of this Red Lobster.  I’ll never forget the time on my honeymoon when my husband ordered lobster and proceeded to take on the persona of his meal.  My sides hurt from laughing so hard at his antics.  My husband truly is a character.

Seriously, have you ever heard someone write so lovely of a Red Lobster?:) LOL.  Besides family tradition, we also visit Red Lobster to dine on the delicious food, of course.  I can’t recall ever having a bad meal and those biscuits are so heavenly. The Chefs and Grill Masters at Red Lobster—who freshly prepare delicious dishes all year long on the restaurants’ signature Wood-Fire Grills  have created this infographic with their best tips and tricks to achieve greatly grilled fresh fish, steak and chicken.   I can’t say that I cook as well as the chefs, but with these new grilling tips I can at least improve my technique!
