I have been a fan of PAM cooking spray for a long time. Isn’t everybody? I don’t mean to sound condescending, but how else do you keep your pans from becoming a caked-on nightmare? I don’t even what to think about the scrubbing that was involved before cooking spray came around. Sure there are other alternatives especially when baking, such as butter and flour, but PAM is just easy. It literally takes seconds. But I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know, right? In the off chance that you have never used cooking spray please run to your local grocery stores immediately. But I’m guessing 99.9% of you are already familiar with PAM.
With that familiarity in mind, PAM has developed a new and improved formula has been shown to be 70% better vs. bargain cooking sprays at getting baked foods not to stick to cookware, providing easy clean-up! Not only will every meal be picture-perfect, but you’ll have more time to enjoy your food and spend less time soaking, scrubbing and cleaning in the kitchen.
Frankly I don’t see how PAM could be any better than it already is. I love the old formula and I love the new one. It’s all good. No sticking, no mess = easy clean up. I love it!

I decided to make Kickin’ Baked Rigatoni except I actually got rid of the kickin’ part as I didn’t think my kiddos would appreciate it. Here is the recipe. I used Ro*tel Tomatoes that were not spicy.
This dish was super easy. My local store was all out of Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes so I used stewed tomatoes instead. It still turned out great!
Here it is all pipping hot from the oven!
This recipe was an easy win for my family. What’s not to love with sausage, cheese, and pasta? 
I completely forgot to take a picture of the pan after our meal was over. Taking a picture of an empty pan is not something I usually do;) and therefore I completely forgot in the craziness that three little boys create. But I can assure you my pan was clean in no time. No scrubbing, no straining to get little wedges of cheese off. I only have to use soap and gently remove any crumbs. You know how it works! It’s so easy!

This is the only brand of cooking spray I use and it has never done me wrong. I use it about 4 times a week in the various flavors. I love that they leave you that option because you can taste the difference in the final product!
