Growing up in North Dakota I was not familiar with the popular chain Chick-fil-A.  Then I meet my future husband.  He talked reminiscently about his special outings as a youth eating at Chick-fil-A.  Apparently it was the “go to” place for his family at their local mall.   I’m afraid the popular restaurant has remained a mystery place to me as we don’t have them here in Minnesota either.

The Christmas holiday is my family’s favorite time of year. We love driving around our neighborhood looking at the Christmas lights. And we also love watching Christmas movies or TV specials together in front of the fireplace with warm buttered popcorn. It really is a wonderful time of the year!
