It is time once again for me to share my love of fine china- specifically Lenox. You might notice by the plethora of pictures, I’m a big fan. I have a confession to make- staring at dishware makes me happy. Gosh, tell me I’m not the only one? I realize it must be some sort of innate girlishness that finds satisfaction from china. But it is so beautiful!
Lenox creates some of most elegant pieces I’ve ever seen and this new style- Gilded Tapestry is definitely a winner.
I especially love how all these patterns and colors mix together. Lately, I find myself captivated by colors. Jewelry, clothing, and kitchen ware- I can’t seem to incorporated enough color into my world.
A five piece dinner setting includes- a dinner plate, salad plate, butter plate, cup and saucer. Obviously, these settings would make lovely wedding presents, but they would also be a perfect gift for a fine china fan this Christmas.
The pieces are also available individually if an entire place setting isn’t your cup of tea:)
There is also a wide selection of serving pieces. Yes, you can acquire the entire collection. That would certainly make for a stunning dinner room table display!
How ever you choose to use your fine china, Lenox pieces have a museum-like quality with an artistic touch that is compelling to the eye.
No matter which angle you look- it’s all so beautiful!
This holiday season Lenox is looking to help others with their Give Lenox & Give Back campaign.
This holiday season, imagine purchasing a gorgeous, thoughtful gift that’s perfect for someone on your list. Now imagine the extra meaning it would have if you knew that:
- A hungry, seriously ill person who is unable to feed themselves will now receive a warm, therapeutic, healthy meal, delivered by a caring volunteer.
- People with chronic and serious illnesses will now receive nutritional counseling and specially tailored meals to help them fend off hunger and gain strength and vitality.
Lenox Corporation has selected not one but 10 of its top-selling, most-requested items for its Give Lenox & Give Back Holiday 2012 program. They’ve also chosen not one, but four charity partner organizations that are feeding people in need across the United States.
The premise is simple. Every time anyone purchases any of the 10 items, either at a Lenox retailer or at Lenox.com/giveback between November 16th and December 24th, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the four organizations, up to $80,000 total. The four charities partnering with Lenox are: God’s Love We Deliver in New York City, Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, Food & Friends in Washington, DC and Open Hand in Atlanta.
I love it when companies make it easy to help others! Giving the gift of Lenox this season just became not only beautiful but also extra meaningful.
The 10 Lenox items selected for inclusion in the campaign are perfect for holiday giving.
There are three delightful holiday ornament selections:
2012 Snow Fantasies Snowflake Ornament: a beautiful, snow white, pierced porcelain snowflake suspended
on a tasseled golden cord. A great gift for teacher, Secret Santa or anyone who collects ornaments, this limited
edition piece is discreetly year-dated and accented in gold.
Disney’s Cinderella Enchanted Evening Ornament: The perfect gift for a little girl, this is an exuberant and
celebratory ornament she’ll treasure into adulthood and probably pass down to the next generation.
Gold Angel 4-piece Ornament Set: These sleek glass angels, accented with gold are delicate and graceful. A
sparkling reminder of the hope of the holiday season, they are a very appropriate gift that gives back.
There are three best-selling tableware selections:
Holiday “Gift of Friends” Serving Platter: A Christmas gift that’s perfect for friends and family. Inscribed
with “The joy of family, the gift of friends,” this earthenware platter makes a great gift. At the center of the
platter is a Christmas tree in a painterly, watercolor style, surrounded by gifts and musical symbols.
Holiday Dinnerware Sets: The Lenox Holiday™ collection has been part of holiday celebrations for
generations. Decorated with the cherished holly and berries motif, the plates are crafted in America of Lenox
bone china and rimmed in precious gold. This is Lenox’s best selling holiday pattern.
Jubilee Pearl Toasting Flute Pair: Perfect for the bride and groom to be, the elegant Jubilee Pearl toasting
flutes from Lenox are the must-have accessories for a wedding or any evening of luxury. A slender silhouette,
white pearls and shiny silver plate combine for celebration-worthy style.
There are four lovely home accessories:
Organics Ruffle Crystal Vase: Offered in 12” or 15” height, the Organics Ruffle vase is a fluid, graceful piece
that is both contemporary and timeless.
“Love” Porcelain Sculpture: The word love, in a faceted sculpture made of Lenox porcelain with precious
gold detailing. This gift offers the spirit of the holidays rendered for year round enjoyment.
Holly Scrollwork Votive: This beautiful porcelain votive holder bears the beautiful holly and berries theme in
subtle bas relief that comes to life when the candle inside is lit.
Recordable Snowman Figurine: This Lenox porcelain snowman figurine records and plays a personal, 15-
second holiday message. This jaunty, smiling, talking snowman looks as sweet as a week of snow days.
