It’s hard to believe it is already the third month of 2013. All those New Year Resolutions might be ancient history to many of us by now:) But even if you have slipped or given up all together it isn’t too late to start taking some positive steps in your life. The best way to make changes is with a simple swap. For instance if have a tendency to park your car as close to a store as possible, consider parking further way to get a little mini workout while running errands. We all live busy lives and it is those little things that an help make the difference.
Another idea to help diminish snacking on less than ideal items is to replace this unhealthy snack with a stick of gum. Of course, it has to be tasty, delicious gum. If sweets are your thing, Extra has a selection of dessert inspired packs- Dessert Delights.

Of course there are so many different swap ideas that are possible. I have started to personally swap out my nonexistent breakfast with a bowl of oatmeal. Yes, I’m busy. But seriously, I do have time for the one minutes and twenty seconds it takes to zap some instant oatmeal in the microwave for breakfast.
