A world thrives above us. Not heaven, not space, but a civilization of weather beings. The time has come to rain, to avoid war. However, an insurmountable challenge has arrived – Ice 11.

Returning to Cloud-9 is a cute imaginative story about a community of precipitation characters  that live on a cloud.  Drops, Cloudites, Flakes, and Foggies are the different types of inhabitants that live on Cloud-9.  The community is similar to our Earthly society, however of course they live on a cloud.  Loveable Dr. Von Droppings is a weather scientist that helps protect their world and is especially needed when antagonist, Captain Ice attempts to take over.  Friends Cleo, Drippy, Flakey, and Foggy must help their pal,Tear when she falls off Cloud-9 unable yet to evaporate back home.
