Are you organized? I strive to be. Keeping up with all the different elements of running a household is a chaos induced task. With only one child in school I can’t imagine how many papers I will have when all three of my children are attending. If I don’t work at keeping things organized on a regular basis, papers will soon take over a good portion of my kitchen counter-tops.
It’s an endless battle, but organization tools do help. Having a system in place to handle all those papers is a wise idea. I recently received a shipment of organizational Office Supplies from Esselte via Shoplet. If you are looking for a way to rein in all the chaos of your home, check out these handy items.
To gather all your projects into order is the Ampad Project Planner. I love a good Daily Planner and with its unique format this book can help your entire family organize their projects in one simple book. Here is a glimpse of the format below.
It might be hard to read, but at the top it states- prepared by & date, page no., project planning notes, and project action notes. If you are looking for a planner that it not just a traditional lined page, then this is a great option.
What do you do with all those bills and miscellaneous papers that can take over your house? You should probably keep them, at least for a little while. I place my payed bills in Hanging Folders. This system makes it so easy to keep everything organized. It merely takes a moment to place the appropriate paper in it corresponding folder.
The Pendaflex Ready-Tab Lift Tab Reinforced Hanging Folders are colorful and have built-in tabs that can be lifted up or down to make filing set up faster and easier. These are high quality folders that can take a lot of weight. Unlike some cheaper models these folders are made to last.
Prior to this review, I had never seen or used a folder like this. Notice the multiple sleeves? This Pendaflex Divide it Up File Folder is a great way to keep organized. This File Folder is perfect for when you a lot of little pieces of important paper on a particular project. Or perhaps you need to divide items by day or child? Whatever your purpose, I love the fact that everything will be organized together in this handy dandy folder.
The last item I received is an Esselte Copysafe File Jacket. This type of folder is for sensitive, private information. I can’t say I have a need for a File Jacket like this, I’m just a stay-at-home mom afterall:) But if you have a business or need to keep confidential records in a potentially public place, this is a great way to keep the contents private.
